RDBnow Pty Ltd is one of NZ and Australia’s leading recruitment software providers. We opened our HQ in Brisbane CBD early 2016 and have quickly grown in the industry with over 8,000 users globally. We have high aims for our product in the market and we are currently looking for a Sales superstar to join our team. As an integral part of the team, you will play an important role in build the business and securing long term client relationships. You will work closely with our Sales Team and interact with our busy projects team. This opportunity will offer you the ability to learn new skills in the ever-changing IT environment.
Responsibilities will include:
• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments.
• Follow up previous leads that have not responded
• Generate new sales by attending recruitment events
• Be the first point of contact for email leads
• Run demos for prospects, develop presentations and adapt sales collateral.
• Run live and web-based presentations.
• Travel to areas where needs are projected.
• Stay abreast of market trends.
• Help customers maximize the use of software features.
• Customer satisfaction and retention are important aspects.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Liaise with our team.
• Account keeping for existing clients
• Monthly reporting
To be successful in this role you will:
• Preferred 3+ years Software Sales experience
• Must be self-motivated
• Experience implementing successful sales processes
• You will have a professional manner, be well presented and maintain an ethical approach
• The ability to liaise with clients and candidates at all levels
• Work collaboratively to meet individual and team goals
• Energised by connecting with new people and seeking out new relationships
